How to remove the unpleasant odours effectively?
Moisture supports the bacterial growth

If the above mentioned methods do not work, you should also check the drain hose. If this part of the washer is in poor condition, it can be responsible for developing bad smell. It can turn out that the drain hose needs to be replaced.
